Insight in Jira Service Management is a Premium and Enterprise only feature. It is compatible only with company-managed projects. Learn more about Insight.
Use bulk actions to delete multiple objects:
Select Insight in the top navigation bar.
Select Object schemas.
Select the object schema where the objects are located.
Select the object type where the objects are located.
Optionally, you can filter the objects using the object type filter search or advanced search.
Select Bulk actions (gear icon next to the number dropdown) and select Delete in the dropdown.
In the popup window, select Delete. Deleting objects will remove them permanently. It will also remove all references to the objects.
