Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.
All content related to Jira Cloud Automation, previously under the Automate your Jira processes and workflows section, have moved to the new Cloud Automation docs.
Any requests sent to your service project appears in your queues. Your service project comes with default queues, but you can configure them to your needs.
To go to your queues:
From your service project, go to Queues.
Use the sidebar to switch between queues.
If a customer’s request matches a queue’s filters, you’ll see its details.
