Create automation rules for change management

Minimize redundancy and manual efforts by automating your change approvals and notifications to agents and end-users about any event related to a change. Learn more about automation rules.

To create or edit automate changes:

  1. From your service desk project sidebar, select Project settings ()> Project automation.

  2. Choose Create rule or select an existing rule to edit.
