Linking alerts to an incident allows you to track the status of monitoring alerts, see which responders have acknowledged their alerts, and which alerts remain unacknowledged.
Linking monitoring alerts related to affected services directly from the incident view can help improve information visibility for your incident response team and reduce time to incident resolution. Learn more about responder alerts. Or, learn more about managing alerts in Opsgenie.
You can unlink alerts that are no longer useful to you, or link more alerts as they’re needed. In the issue view of an incident, select Link Alerts in the more menu () to the right of the Link issues button to add or remove linked alerts.
You can also view linked alerts by selecting the View button to the right of Linked alerts in the Details section of an incidents context fields to the right of the issue view.
