Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.
You can change the name of your portal, welcome customers with an introduction, and add your company’s logo to reflect its brand.
You must be a project administrator to brand your portal.
To brand your portal:
From your service project, go to Project settings > Portal settings.
Edit the Name, Introduction text, and Logo fields as needed. Your logo will appear in notifications sent by your service project.
Your project avatar is not the same as your portal logo. Your project avatar shows up within your service project to your team. Your portal logo shows up in your customer-facing help center and portal. So you’ll have to set them up separately. Learn more about setting up your project avatar.
Your portal’s URL, banner, and button colors are inherited from the help center, or the home for all portals within your Jira Service Management site. Learn more about customizing your help center.
