To add Jira users or groups to an object type role, you need to be logged in as a Jira admin.
Select the object type you want to add users or groups to.
Select Object type in the top right and select Configure in the dropdown.
Select the Roles tab.
Select the field under Users or Groups for the relevant role and start typing to add new users or groups.
Select Update.
