Fresh terminology for automation rules and components

An automation ‘rule’ is now a ‘flow', and a ‘component’ is now a 'step’. You may notice some inconsistencies in the documentation while we make this change. Read more about the updates in Automation

View your default help center

When you sign up for a Jira Service Management site, a default help center is automatically created.

To go to your default help center:

  1. Go to Settings (), then Apps, then Jira Service Management, and then Configuration.

  2. In the Help center section, select View all help centers.

  3. Select the help center marked as default.

If you’re on a Jira Service Management Premium and Enterprise plan, you can create multiple help centers on a site.
