Get started with Jira Service Management for admins

Insight in Jira Service Management is a Premium and Enterprise only feature. It is compatible only with company-managed projects. Learn more about Insight.
To remove Jira users or groups from an object schema role, you need to be logged in as a Jira admin.
Select Insight in the top navigation bar.
Select Object schemas.
Select Configure in the row of the object schema you want to add users or groups to.
Select the Roles tab.
Select the field under Users or Groups for the relevant role and select the x next to the user or group you want to remove.
Select Update.
