What workflow helps service project agents resolve bugs?

If you have an external service project, your service project comes with the bug issue type. When a customer raises a bug, Jira Service Managementassigns it the Jira Service Management default workflow. This workflow is the same for both Jira Service Management and Jira Softwareissues.
