Jira Automation docs have moved

All content related to Jira Cloud Automation, previously under the Automate your Jira processes and workflows section, have moved to the new Cloud Automation docs.

Go to Cloud Automation documentation | Why did we do this?

View the email processing and connectivity logs

If you’ve set up your Jira Service Management service project to receive requests from an email address, you may want to periodically check to make sure that your connection is active and that emails are being processed as expected. Learn more about the email processing and connectivity logs.

You need to be a project admin to view the email logs.

View the processing log

  1. From your service project, select Project settings > Email requests.

  2. Under the account you want to see the processing log for, select View logs.

  3. Select Processing log.

    • To find specific messages, search by email address, subject line, or issue key, or filter by status and date range.

    • To download a message as an EML file, select More () > Download raw email message.

View the connectivity log

  1. From your service project, select Project settings > Email requests.

  2. Under the custom email account you want to see the connectivity log for, select View logs.

  3. Select Connectivity log.

This page is for company-managed projects

If the lower-left of your service project sidebar says you're in a team-managed project, check out these team-managed project articles instead.
