View the email processing and connectivity logs

If you’ve set up your Jira Service Management service project to receive requests from an email address, you may want to periodically check to make sure that your connection is active and that emails are being processed as expected.

You need to be a project admin to view the email logs.

To view the email logs:

  1. From your service project, select Project settings ()> Email requests.

  2. Under Default email account, select View logs.

  3. Select Processing log or Connectivity log.

  4. Select More () > Download raw email message to download the entire email message as an EML file.
