Delete a reference

Insight in Jira Service Management is a Premium and Enterprise only feature. It is compatible only with company-managed projects. Learn more about Insight.

To delete a reference that has been added at an Insight configuration level, you need to be logged in as a Jira admin. References added at an Insight configuration level cannot be deleted if they are currently used in your instance ofInsight.

  1. Select a relevant Object schema.

  2. Select Configure, then choose the References tab.

  3. Select Delete on the reference you want to remove.

  4. In the popup window, select Delete.

To delete a reference that has been added to an individual schema, you need to have Object Schema Manager permissions. References added at an individual schema level cannot be deleted if they are currently used in your object schema.

  1. Select a relevant Object schema.

  2. Select Configure, then choose the References tab.

  3. Select Delete on the reference you want to remove.

  4. In the popup window, select Delete.
