Uninstall your asset management app
The ‘External Assets Platform’ custom field and related APIs have been deprecated and will be shut down on 31 December 2024. See the Community Post for more details.
Uninstalling your asset management app means that you won’t be able to use the app anymore. However, it does remove the assets field from your issues. Your linked assets will continue to be displayed.
You must be a Jira administrator to uninstall your asset management app.
To uninstall your asset management app:
Select Apps > Manage apps.
Select the app you want to uninstall and select Uninstall.
Select Uninstall app to confirm uninstalling.
