Set up an online portal in team-managed projects

Customers can send a request from the customer portal: your service project’s customer-facing site. If you have a linked Confluence space, they can also self-service their own requests by searching for help articles. If they have access to multiple service projects, they can also use the help center to see all their portals in one place.
