Disconnect a service

If your business requirements change and you no longer wish to track deployments to a service, simply disconnect the service.

To disconnect a service:

  1. From your service desk project, go to Project settings > Change management

  2. Find the connected service name > Disconnect

Once disconnected, deployments to this service will no longer be recorded automatically in Jira Service Desk.
