Data Manager - Attribute

An attribute is a component of an object class that contains detailed information about that object. For example, a compute object in Data Manager might have attributes such as an IP address, manufacturer, or inventory date.
When running an import, the mapping screen allows customers to create their own attributes based on what is coming in from the source, map against existing attributes, and map against default attributes that are pre-generated.
Attributes are created by mapping source attributes from a data source to destination attributes in Data Manager.
