Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.

Once you’re done with a customer’s request, you can resolve it.
To resolve a customer’s request:
From your service project, go to Queues.
Select the request you want to resolve.
Select the Status and transition it to Resolved.
Use one of our default reports - Request resolved to view all requests that have been resolved. Learn more about reports.
