Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.
Project administrators can add agents who already have a license (e.g. they’ve been added to another service project) to their service project. Jira administrators can add anyone (new and existing agents) to a service project.
To add agents:
From your service project, go to Invite team.
Your agent is added to the Service Project Team role and receives an email with a link to the service project.
