Fresh terminology for automation rules and components

An automation ‘rule’ is now a ‘flow', and a ‘component’ is now a 'step’. You may notice some inconsistencies in the documentation while we make this change. Read more about the updates in Automation

Manage domains and email addresses on your blocklist

Messages received from domains or email addresses in your blocklist are always filtered out. Add domains and email addresses to your blocklist to prevent them from being received.

You must be an admin to add, edit, and remove domains or email addresses from your blocklist.

To add, edit, or remove a domain or email address from your blocklist:

  1. From your service space, select Space settings, then Channels & self service, then Email.

  2. Select More actions (), then Manage blocklist.

    • Select + Add email address or domain to add a domain to your blocklist.

    • Select Edit or Delete next to any email addresses or domains you want to edit or remove from your blocklist.

To ensure messages from specific domains are always received, add them to your allowlist.

  • Currently, blocklists only support exact domain matching. For example, adding 'example.com' will match 'anyuser@example.com' but not 'anyuser@example.com.au' or 'anyuser@mail.example.com'.

  • The blocklist does not currently support wildcards or pattern matching.

This page is for team-managed spaces

If the lower-left of your service space sidebar doesn’t say you're in a team-managed space, check out these company-managed space articles instead.
