Add a preset automation flow

To set up a preset automation flow:
From your service space, select Space settings, then Automation, then Legacy automation.
Select Add flow.
Select a preset flow from the list (see Available preset automation flows for more info).
Select Continue. The flow’s setup screen appears.
Edit the flow name and description as needed. The flow name appears on the main automation settings page, so changing the name helps you more easily reference what each flow does.
Edit and update any fields that appear in the flow’s setup.
Select Save and you're done.
You can have up to 30 automation flows.
