Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.
Assets in Jira Service Management is a Premium and Enterprise only feature. It is compatible only with company-managed projects. Learn more about Assets.
To edit a status that has been added at an Assets configuration level, you need to be logged in as a Jira admin.
From your service project, go to Assets > Configure Assets.
Under the Statuses tab, select the Name, Description, or Category to edit.
Select Update.
To edit a status that has been added to an individual schema, you need to have Object Schema Manager permissions.
From your service project, go to Assets > Object schemas.
Select Configure in the row of the relevant schema.
Under the Statuses tab, select the Name, Description, or Category to edit.
Select Update.
