Open customer edits, or download a form on an issue

Once a form is submitted, you may need to open customer edits so you can collect more information from a customer, or download a PDF or XLSX version of the form for your records.

Open customer edits on a form

You may want to open a submitted form for a customer to edit in the portal. If the form is locked, only project admins will be able to do this. Learn more about form settings

To open customer edits on a form:

  1. Go to the issue with the form you want to open customer edits on.

  2. Under Attached forms, select the form.

  3. Select Open customer edits from the () menu.

    1. Once a customer resubmits, customer edits will close on this form and you will need to Open customer edits again.

    2. If you wish to prevent your customer from making changes, select Close customer edits from the () menu.

Download a form on an issue

To download a form as a PDF or XLSX file:

  1. Go to the issue with the form you want to download.

  2. Under Attached Forms, select the form.

  3. Select Download PDF or Download XLSX from the () menu.
