Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.
Once a form is submitted, you may want to reopen it for editing, delete it from the issue, or download it for your records.
You may want to reopen a submitted form to edit it or delete it. Depending on the form’s settings, you may need to be a project admin to reopen it. Learn more about form settings.
To reopen a submitted form:
Go to the issue with the form you want to reopen.
Scroll down to Forms.
Find and select the form you want to reopen.
Select Reopen, then Reopen again.
To delete a form from an issue, you’ll need to reopen it first. Depending on the form’s settings, you may need to be a project admin to reopen it. Learn more about form settings.
Go to the issue with the form you want to delete.
Scroll down to Forms.
Find and select the form you want to delete.
Select Reopen, then Reopen again.
Select More (), then Delete.
To download a form as a PDF or XLSX file:
Go to the issue with the form you want to download or delete.
Scroll down to Forms.
Find and select the form you want to download.
Select Download PDF or Download XLSX.
