フォームとは

フォームは、条件付きロジックやリッチ フォーマットを使用して作成でき、フィールドの表示または非表示、フィールド検証の設定、見出しや表を使用したレイアウトのカスタマイズを行うことができます。

フォーム フィールドは、Jira 管理者がいなくても、またはサイトに保存する新しいカスタム フィールドを作成しなくても作成できますが、そのようなフィールドは追加先のフォームでのみ表示され、必要に応じて Jira フィールドにリンクできます。

リクエスト タイプにフォームを追加することで、カスタマーがリクエストを登録したときにより構造化された情報を収集したり、フォームへの直接リンクを使用して作業項目を作成したりできます。また、エージェントがフォームを既存の作業項目に追加して、カスタマーからさらに情報を収集したり、内部プロセスを記録したりできます。

細かくカスタマイズした動的フォームを作成する

Show or hide fields based on responses using conditional logic. Add validation, instructions, or tips to any field to make filling out forms easier. Browse over 200 form templates, or create your own using a Confluence-style editor with column layouts, tables, and other rich formatting. リクエスト タイプにフォームを添付して高度なリクエストを作成する

Add more customization to a request type by attaching a dynamic form. These will appear for customers when they raise a request from the portal. If the 'approvers' field is included in the form, customers can view and manually select an approver for their requests.

Once a form is submitted, it can be reopened by your team or customers to make edits after a request is raised, provided they have the necessary permissions. Note that approvers can’t edit form fields during the approval stage. Read more about how to add a form to a request type.
