Track in-progress journeys

Journeys provide a view of all the work that needs to happen to complete a specific process, and the relationships between all that work across specific teams and projects.

Once a journey type is triggered, a work item will be created. This will be based on what request type you selected as the journey parent, and will become your source of truth where all other work items will be linked. This includes all work items created in other projects.

Track all in-progress journeys

To see a list of all in-progress journeys, select Journeys in the left hand navigation of your service project.

Track the progress of an individual journey

To see the progress of an individual journey, go to the journey parent, then open the Journey panel on the right hand side of the work item. You’ll see steps that:

  • have been completed

  • are waiting to be created

  • haven’t been created due to an error or conditions not being met

To track any issues or errors, you can monitor journeys using the automation audit log.
