Merging Opsgenie with Jira Service Management

If you purchased Jira Service Desk and Opsgenie separately (before they combined to become Jira Service Management), you may have separate licenses for the two products. You can merge your products to simplify your billing and give full access to their features to all your licensed users. 

If you’d like to unmerge the two products, you’ll need to contact Atlassian support.
