Your service project comes with a variety of preset automation rules you can use to do common service project tasks for you.
You must be an admin to add a preset automation rule.
To add a preset automation rule:
From your service project, select Project settings, then Automation.
Click Add rule.
Select a rule, then click Continue.
Edit the name, description, and fields as needed.
Click Save and you're done.
You can have up to 30 automation rules on each project.
