Add a preset automation rule in team-managed spaces

Are you looking for Automation?

This article is relevant to Legacy automation in service spaces created before August 30, 2021. If you don’t see Legacy automation in your service space, check out these Automation articles.

Your service space comes with a variety of preset automation rules you can use to do common service space tasks for you.

You must be an admin to add a preset automation rule.

To add a preset automation rule:

  1. From your service space, select Space settings, then Automation.

  2. Click Add rule.

  3. Select a rule, then click Continue.

  4. Edit the name, description, and fields as needed.

  5. Click Save and you're done.

You can have up to 30 automation rules on each space.

This page is for team-managed spaces

If the lower-left of your service space sidebar doesn’t say you're in a team-managed space, check out these company-managed space articles instead.
