Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.
Service projects collect customer feedback by default. Project administrators can turn customer feedback on or off for a service project:
You must be an admin to enable or disable customer feedback.
To enable or disable customer feedback:
From your service project, select Project settings, then Request management, then Customer satisfaction.
Toggle Collect customer satisfaction (CSAT) feedback as needed.
Click the survey question to edit it. This appears in the resolved issue notification message that customers see.
When you turn on customer satisfaction, your service project sends customers a quick survey when their request is resolved. They can leave optional feedback in this survey.
This page is for team-managed projects
If the lower-left of your service project sidebar doesn’t say you're in a team-managed project, check out these company-managed project articles instead.
