Activate Atlassian Intelligence for your products

Changes for Atlassian Intelligence across products in Premium and Enterprise plans

Starting May 6, Atlassian Intelligence will be automatically activated for all products in Premium and Enterprise plans. Organization admins can opt out of this change from Settings > Atlassian Intelligence, without affecting any current active products.
After this date, organization admins can activate or deactivate Atlassian Intelligence on specific products at any time through Atlassian Administration.

Some Atlassian Intelligence features are still under development and are labeled as in beta.

If you participated in the Atlassian Intelligence beta program and are on a Free or Standard Cloud plan, you’ll be able to continue using Atlassian Intelligence capabilities across your products where activated until June 30th, 2024.

To use Atlassian Intelligence beyond this date, you’ll need to upgrade your plan. Explore Premium

Atlassian Intelligence is available to all customers with Premium and Enterprise plans.

To activate Atlassian Intelligence, you must have organization admin permissions. Once activated, everyone in your organization will have access to Atlassian Intelligence features. Certain products might have additional settings that need to be adjusted within their settings. Explore Atlassian Intelligence features

To activate Atlassian Intelligence:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

  2. Select Settings > Atlassian Intelligence. You’ll see a table with products that already have Atlassian Intelligence activated.

  3. Select Select products. You’ll see a list of products that have Atlassian Intelligence features.

  4. Select the products where you want to activate Atlassian Intelligence.

  5. Select Next.

  6. Review your selection and accept the Atlassian Intelligence terms and conditions.

  7. Select Save to confirm.

To deactivate Atlassian Intelligence:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

  2. Select Settings > Atlassian Intelligence. You’ll see a table with products that already have Atlassian Intelligence activated.

  3. Select Remove for any of the products where you want to deactivate Atlassian Intelligence.

  4. Review your selection and select Save to confirm.

Note: Any content previously generated by Atlassian Intelligence will remain.
