Get started with Jira Service Management for admins

See what fields you should add or create when building your request forms by getting suggestions from Atlassian Intelligence. Read more about Atlassian Intelligence.
These suggestions include a selection of existing fields you can add right away, plus suggestions for custom fields you can choose to create.
This feature is only available for Premium or Enterprise customers that have activated Atlassian Intelligence for Jira Service Management.
From your service project, select Project settings, then Request management, then Request types.
Select Create request type, or select an exisiting request type you wish to edit.
Select Suggest fields in the request form tab.
The suggestions generated by Atlassian Intelligence will only be visible to you, and will disappear when you navigate away or select Cancel.
Select Add to add exisiting fields to your request form, or choose to create new custom fields based on the suggestions provided.
