Search for objects and object types

Assets in Jira Service Management is a Premium and Enterprise only feature. Learn more about Assets.

There are several ways to find objects in Assets.

Search all object schemas for objects matching a specific label, key or ID

You can search through all your object schemas for objects that match a specific label, key or ID from the Assets overview page (the first page you land on when you select Assets in the top navigation bar):

  1. Select Assets in the top navigation bar.

  2. Select the Search all schemas for objects search bar at the top of the page and enter a label, key, or ID, or select one from the dropdown list.

Users will only see the object schemas they have permission to access.

Assets overview page searches are limited to 20 objects and 10 object types

Searching through the Assets overview page will only show the top 20 most recently viewed results. To find more (or older) results, use the search function within a specifc object schema.
