Disable team-managed notifications for internal users

If you have an internal service project where all your customers have Jira licenses, you might want to disable service project notifications while keeping Jira notifications.

You must be a Jira admin to change Jira notifications.

To disable service project notifications and enable Jira notifications:

  1. Go to Settings () > Products > Jira Service Management > Configuration.

  2. In the page, under Notifications, select Yes, send customers both Jira Service Management and Jira notifications.

  3. Go to your service project.

  4. From your service project, select Project settings, then Notifications, then Customer notifications.

  5. For each rule, toggle off Enable.

  6. Go to Internal notifications and customize the notifications for your agents and admins. Learn how to customize internal notifications.

This page is for team-managed projects

If the lower-left of your service project sidebar doesn’t say you're in a team-managed project, check out these company-managed project articles instead.
