Who can see virtual service agent conversations
To improve the virtual service agent's helpfulness, your conversations:
may be reviewed by human administrators, like your org admin
are stored for 30 days for analytics purposes (for example, keywords from your conversations may be de-identified and shown to admins)
Don’t enter confidential information (or any information that you wouldn’t want a human administrator to see) in your conversations with the virtual service agent.
