Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.
When you start creating an article, we autosave as you go. So if you aren’t ready to publish the article, you can select Close in the editor without publishing. This creates a draft – an unpublished or in-progress knowledge base article.
You can get back to the drafts you’ve created at any time from the knowledge base.
To view a list of all your drafts:
Go to your project and select Knowledge base.
Select Drafts.
Under Drafts, you can do the following:
Search for drafts by title and content
Sort drafts by title or the date they were last updated on
Edit and delete drafts
To edit, select the draft of your choice from the list. This will open up the editor where you can continue working on the draft or publish it.
If you no longer plan to continue working on a draft, you can select Delete next to it. It will permanently delete the draft and can’t be undone.
