Unlicense agents
You must be a Jira administrator to remove an agent's license.
To unlicense an agent:
Select Settings (), then User management.
Select a user.
Under Access, turn off the Jira Service Management toggle.
The agent's license is released, and they are removed from the jira-service-project user group. This means that they won’t be able to work in any service space on that site.
This page applies to company-managed spaces only.
