Remove a customer from an organization

When you remove a customer from an organization they lose access to service projects that use the organization. This means that they can no longer request help from the service project.

Customers may still have access to service projects if:

  • They belong to another customer organization on the site.

  • Your service project allows anyone to raise requests without logging in.

When a customer is removed from a customer organization, their account still exists on your Jira Service Management site. Find out how to permanently delete a customer’s account
