Remove a customer from a service project

You must be a project administrator to remove customers from a service project.

To remove a customer from a service project:

  1. From your service project, select Project settings, then Access, then People and access.

  2. Find the customer you want to remove by searching for the customer or filter by Service Desk Customers under the Roles dropdown.

  3. Select Remove next to the customer.

The above steps removes the customer’s access to the project however the customer stays visible under Customers for record keeping purposes. To remove them permanently, you need to delete the customer’s account.
