Sharing requests with other Jira team members

Jira Service Management agents can share requests with other Jira team members when added as a request participant in the requests. People who have the request shared with them can interact with customers via help centers.

Jira team members who have a request shared with them can view and interact with requests in help centers.

They can also

  • Add public comments

  • Add attachments

  • Transition the request through its workflow.
