When customers send requests to your service space, they become work items in your queue. Find out how to assign work items to yourself.

To have a demo service space, the first space on your site must be created using any template other than the IT service management template.
The demo service space is an example space designed for you to play around with. Use the sample data to explore different settings and features before using them in your live spaces.
To go to your demo service space:
Select Spaces, then View all spaces.
Select the Demo service space.
Assign yourself to a work item

Update your customer on your progress
You can update your customer on the progress you’ve made on their request by adding a comment.
Resolve a customer's request
Once you’re done with a customer’s request, you can resolve it.
