Delete a customer account
You must be an organization admin or site admin to permanently delete a customer account on your site. Once a customer is deleted, they won’t be able to raise requests to any Jira Service Management projects on the same site. Learn more about managing accounts for Jira Service Management customers
Which user management experience do you have?
Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one. Then select Directory. If the Users and Groups lists are found here, then you are using the centralized user management. Learn more about the centralized user management

To delete the account that a customer used to submit requests to Jira Service Management:
This procedure is different depending on your user management experience.
If you have the centralized user management:

Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one..
Select Products from the header.
Under Sites and products, select the site that contains Jira Service Management.
Under the Jira Service Management section on the nav bar, select Portal-only customers.
Next to the customer you want to delete, select (More option) > Delete account.
Select Delete to confirm.
If you have the original user management:

Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select the site's name and URL.
Select Jira Service Management.
Find the customer you want to delete and select (More option) > Delete account.
Select Delete to confirm.
Delete account consequences
When a customer account is permanently deleted from your site:
The customer will be completely wiped out hence losing access to all help centers on the site.
The customer won’t be able to raise requests to any service projects on the site.
The customer won't be searchable and selectable in user-picker fields.
The customer’s name will show up as Former user (Deactivated) in user-picker fields that were previously filled with their name:
The account isn't searchable in any filter.
No reference is kept on the account's email address. If the same customer is re-invited to the instance in the future it will be a brand new account without any correlation with the previously existing account.
