Data Manager - Refresh Gap
Assets Data Manager for Jira Service Management Cloud is currently rolling out in Open Beta and will be available to all Premium + Enterprise sites by end of October 2024.
The Refresh Gap is the period in which a data source must be refreshed to be current. A data source that is not refreshed within this period is designated as stale and shows on the Cleanse and Import screen as Outdated.
The default refresh gap for data sources is defined by the parent Data source type - in most cases this is 90 days.
