Data Manager - Reason
Assets Data Manager for Jira Service Management Cloud is currently rolling out in Open Beta and will be available to all Premium + Enterprise sites by end of October 2024.
A Reason is a flag that can be attached to a cleansing rule. It contains a descriptor to why a record has been filtered during the Cleanse operation.
Data Manager includes a set of default Reasons, and custom Reasons can also be created if required.
The default Reasons are:
Decommissioned
Disabled
Disconnected
Filter by OS
Filter Empty String
Force Cleaned
Inactive state
Incorrect Device Type
Incorrect Status
Null Date
Null or Empty Primary Key
Old Duplicates
Powered Off Objects
Stale
