Create, edit, or delete a shortcut
If there are websites or links that your team needs to access frequently, you can add them as shortcuts to the sidebar.
You need to be a project admin to create, edit, or delete shortcuts.
Create a shortcut
To create a shortcut:
In your project, select Add shortcut.
In the Web address field, enter the URL of the shortcut you want to create. Be sure to include the http:// or https:// prefixes.
In the Name field, enter a name for the shortcut. This will appear in the sidebar.
Select Add.
Any shortcuts you create will appear in the sidebar.
Edit or delete a shortcut
To edit or delete a shortcut:
From the sidebar, find the shortcut you want to edit and hover over it.
Select Edit ().
To edit your shortcut, make your desired changes, then select Update.
To delete your shortcut, select Remove shortcut.
