Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.
If you serve customers outside of your organization, you can use the customer service management template. This fills your service project with workflows, reports, and other tools that are suited to help customers.
You must be a Jira administrator to create service projects.
To create an external service project:
Select Projects > Create project.
Select Change template.
Find and select the Customer service management template.
Enter a Name for your project.
Select Advanced, then enter a Key.
Select Create.
