Create a new job

Assets Data Manager for Jira Service Management Cloud is currently rolling out in Open Beta and will be available to all Premium + Enterprise sites by end of October 2024.

 

To create a new job:

  1. Select Assets in the top navigation bar.

  2. On the landing page, select Configuration at top-right.

  3. Select the Data Manager tab.

  4. Select the Data Manager icon.

  5. Select Adapters in the left menu bar. This will open a new tab to the Adapters screen.

  6. Select Create a new job in the left menu bar.

  7. Select the Adapter that you want to use to create the new job. Each adapter is customized for a specific type of source data, from CSV, from database files, or from tools using API-based connections or PowerShell-based connections.

Once you have created a new job, you must complete all of the Required (*) fields before the job can be successfully saved.
