Copy a form to another project

If you’re using a form in a service project and you want to be able to use it in another service project on the same site, you can copy it over.

When you copy a form and use it in another project, it becomes an independent form. Any edits you make to the form (or any of its copies) won’t be reflected across any of the other copies.

You need to be a project admin to copy forms.

To copy a form to another project:

  1. From your service project, select Project settings, then Request management, then Forms.

  2. Next to the form you want to copy, select More () > Copy to other projects.

  3. Check the box next to the projects you want to copy your form to.

  4. Select Copy.

To copy a form in a service project over to a business projects or software project on your site, you’ll need to have exisiting access to Forms in these project types.
