Copy a form to another space

If you’re using a form in a service space and you want to be able to use it in another service space on the same site, you can copy it over.

When you copy a form and use it in another space, it becomes an independent form. Any edits you make to the form (or any of its copies) won’t be reflected across any of the other copies.

You need to be a space admin to copy forms.

To copy a form to another space:

1. From your service space, select Space settings, then Request management, then Forms.

2. Next to the form you want to copy, select More actions (), then Copy to other spaces.

3. Check the box next to the spaces you want to copy your form to.

4. Select Copy.
