Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.
Assets Data Manager for Jira Service Management Cloud is currently rolling out in Open Beta and will be available to all Premium + Enterprise sites by end of October 2024.
To view all Reasons in Data Manager:
Select Settings in the side navigation bar.
Select Reasons.
To create a new Reason in Data Manager:
Select Settings in the side navigation bar.
Select Reasons.
Select Add.
Enter a name for the reason.
Select Save.
To edit an existing Reason in Data Manager:
Select Settings in the side navigation bar.
Select Reasons.
Select the Reason you want to edit and select the Delete icon.
Modify the Name of the Reason and select Save.
To delete an existing Reason in Data Manager:
Select Settings in the side navigation bar.
Select Reasons.
Select the Reason you want to remove and select the Delete icon.
Select Delete.
Once you delete a Reason it will be permanently removed from your instance of Data Manager. Cleansing Rules you have associated with this Reason will not be removed.
