'Issue' is changing to 'work item'. You might notice some inconsistencies while this big change takes place.

Change how you process emails in global mail settings

Global email settings control how your site processes request that your customers send to your service project email addresses. As a Jira admin, you can temporarily adjust these settings to troubleshoot your email channel.

To change the global mail settings:

  1. In the top-right, select Settings () > System.

  2. Go to Global Mail Settings.
