Assets Data Manager for Jira Service Management Cloud is currently rolling out in Open Beta and will be available to all Premium + Enterprise sites by end of October 2024.
A Secondary key is the value that is used by Data Manager from Attribute Mapping. It is used to identify how unique objects are linked to data sources. It is especially helpful in when the primary key cannot be found in all the data sources.
