Allow anyone to view knowledge base articles

If you want customers to be able to read knowledge base articles without logging in and find articles using search engines, make sure that your knowledge base settings allow this.

To allow anyone to read:

  1. From your service desk project, go to Project settings () > Knowledge base.

  2. For Viewing under Access, make sure Anyone can read articles is selected.
