Add reports to a dashboard

If you work in multiple service desk projects, you can add gadgets to a dashboard to view reports from those service desks in one place.

To create a gadget, you must be a Jira admin.

Follow these steps to add a gadget to a dashboard:

  1. Go to ( or ) > Dashboards.

  2. Select …> Edit dashboard.

  3. Click Add gadget.

  4. Select Service Desk.

  5. For Service desk report, click Add gadget.

  6. Click Close. A report dashboard is displayed.

  7. Click Save to save the dashboard.
