Add a service relationship

If a change to one service may impact other services, you can include a service relationship. You can use service relationships and an automation rule to flag changes that could impact a critical service. Learn more about automation rules.

To add a service relationship:

  1. From your service desk project sidebar, select Service registry.

  2. Select the service name

  3. Click Add relationship

  4. Choose either Depends on or Used by

  5. Select a service > Add
