Add a service relationship
If a change to one service may impact other services, you can include a service relationship. You can use service relationships and an automation rule to flag changes that could impact a critical service. Learn more about automation rules.
To add a service relationship:
From your service desk project sidebar, select Service registry.
Select the service name
Click Add relationship
Choose either Depends on or Used by
Select a service > Add
